How do I contact you about my order?
Please email us at orders@remyandco.co.nz with your order number. Alternatively, fill in our Contact form on our website.
Can I change or cancel my online order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As we process orders quickly to ensure timely dispatch, we kindly ask that all details are checked carefully before completing your purchase. Should you no longer wish to keep your order once it has been delivered, it can be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.
I just placed my order, can I add another item to it?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add additional items to it. Our orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch, so we kindly ask that all items are added before completing checkout.
If you’d like to purchase another item, please place a new order. Your original order will still be sent as scheduled, and the new order will be processed separately.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
New Zealand
- North Island: $10.00
- South Island: $12.00
- Rural delivery: $15.00
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
New Zealand
- North Island: 1–2 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural areas: 3–7 business days
Please note: Courier delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We will be shipping to Australia soon.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
At Remy & Co., we take great care in creating thoughtfully designed pieces that we hope you and your little ones will love. As a small business, our returns policy is designed to be fair, simple, and sustainable while still offering you confidence when shopping with us.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with original packaging and tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, scents, or damage
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Remy & Co. reserves the right to reject a return if we determine the item is not in new condition.
All approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Remy & Co. will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
How to Lodge a Return
Please email us at orders@remyandco.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days from receiving your return for your store credit or exchange to be processed. During busy periods, processing times may vary slightly.
Important Delivery Note All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. This means your order may be left at your address without a signature. Remy & Co. is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour, or product, we kindly ask that you place a new order. As stock is limited, we cannot guarantee availability once your return is received at our headquarters.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask that you choose sale items carefully.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. However, if for some reason you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.

Once approved, you will receive instructions via email on how to send your item back to us.
We will then happily arrange a replacement, exchange or refund and cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
